Local ChatGPT web app used as a reusable chat template.

I built this project because I have always been curious about developing AI agents. I wanted a ChatGPT-like web app hosted locally that I can also use as a template when I build projects with chat applications. It includes the same types of features as ChatGPT Canvas, including document creation, code file writing, and built-in tools such as get weather.
